Autumn I would love to know how you did the Nativity blocks! It looks like Amy Dott characters. Is that right? Did you just modge podge them on? Absolutely adorable gift!
I saw the blocks posted on a messageboard. A friend & i decided we could make them too! We bought a 2x4 and our dear husbands cut them to size for us. We then sanded them with a belt sander. My friend sanded, then I would paint with primer. We ended up only getting 7 sets done this year but we have the wood cut to get more done for next year. Then you paint the blocks (I had to do a couple of coats). Then I put the stickers on them and then put the Modge Podge on top of them. I used MP all the way around the block. I also inked the edges but before I put the MP on.
