This is a ribbon holder bag. Sorry about the pictures I could not get a great one.

I took fabric and sewed bags into it to hold the different color ribbons. That way you have easy storage and Elsie loves to travel so I always figured it could double for her to put things she needed to be creative or to store her ribbons that she finds along her travels.

What a great idea! I never would have thought of this creative ribbon storage, and I love the fabric.

Katie,
Elisa has an amazing ribbon collection. (She buys a lot of small pieces of unique ribbon for making bookmarks, tassels, and all kinds of pretty little creations!)
Your gift is perfect for her!

I love this too. Katie taught me to make 2 myself and the recipients LOVED theirs too. Brilliant

Thanks you guys. I got the idea from my mother in law who made me a sewing bag just like it. It is where I keep my flosses, and than has a pocket that is flannel to keep my needles.

Lara made one to keep hair things. YOu could change the size, and use it for travel bags for little kids. I just wish I could have found smaller bags.

I loved the fabric too.

Katie, I love my ribbon holder. It is such a cool idea, and I LOVE the fabric. I had already thought of other uses for it too. Thank you so much for such a cool and thoughtful gift. Elisa N.
p.s. And sorry it took me so long to post my thank you. I've been out of town and am at a VERY SLOW computer. E.N.
